Organization Overview

Parentz@Work a well-established non-profit agency was founded in 2011 to provide court-approved, and mobile co- parenting and parenting classes. Our focus is to provide an environment to help parents and children through the parenting process, along with meeting the needs of working parents by proving mobile, and online classes, in Riverside, San Bernardino and Orange Counties.

Course Creator

Natalie Rascoe is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Masters of Education with a specialization  Adult Education and Distance Learning. Natalie’s journey in education started when she began working for various corporate child care organizations as a Preschool Teacher, Assistant Director, Director, and District Manager, after many years of working with families and young children, she decided to work in the Social Services industry where she determined eligibility for working parents who were in need child care, her work included, training parents, and staff, in addition to working with licensed and exempt child care providers.

Parentz@Work is the result of many years in working with parents and young children. Natalie describes her work as being able to provide classes, and resources to parents. The resources provided will not only help parents but also children. The goal is to educate families through positive parenting.

Co-Parenting and Parenting courses were designed, to educate parents with the ability to cope with co-parenting during a divorce, or to use positive parenting.

Natalie, is the mother of two children and 6 grandchildren, she sees the need to be able to offer online, and mobile classes to families. Parentz@Work was created to educate parents in co-parenting and parenting education.
