Natalie Rascoe is a seasoned educator and management specialist, with over 20 years in education. Her work experiences include serving as a District Manager for Tutor Time Learning Centers, a Child Care Liaison for the Riverside County Office of Education, and a Supervising Administrator for the San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools (SBCSS), along with being a Preschool Teacher, Assistant Director, and Center Director for many corporate Child Care Centers.

Natalie is well versed  in program opportunities for family growth and is an exceptional career and education developer. She has a passion towards education advancement and is a gifted mentor and encourager to those within her circle of influence. Her experiences have led to a true passion concerning parent and family wellness, which inspired her to be the founder of Parentz at Work, a non-profit organization that provides parents with parenting education.

Mr. Washington received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from San Diego State University. His professional experience in accounting, audit, and tax, span over 28 years and includes employment with the Internal Revenue Service as a staff auditorin various departments, most notably the pass-through and tax exempt units. Mr. Washington was later employed at a western-regional accounting firm where he performed audits of various construction, healthcare, and manufacturing companies. The focus of his career has been in auditing and consulting for non-profit and healthcare organizations, and local government and special district agencies.

Recent career highlights include development of financial reporting systems, finance strategies for organizations with stringent loan covenant requirements, and public (conduit) bond issue financing for not-for-profit healthcare organizations in need of capital (healthcare) for facilities acquisition indebtedness and debt restructuring or refinancing.

In 1991, Mr. Washington formed Shawn Washington Accountancy Corporation, one of the most progressive public accounting and business consulting firms in the Inland Empire. The firm serves clientele in five niches: Middle Market (services, manufacturing & distribution, construction, transportation), Real Estate, Nonprofit/Faith-based, Government, and Healthcare.

Dorcus McCrary has been a resident in the Inland Empire over 50 years. She has been married to her husband 33 years resulting with 2 children and 4 grand children.

Mrs. McCrary received an Associates of Arts Degree in Human Development & Early Childhood Education at Riverside Community College. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree at Hope International University, Fullerton, Ca., with a specialization in Psychology and Organizational Management.

Mrs. McCrary professional career includes 30 years of experience in the areas of Program Development, Evaluation of Child Development Programs, Child Health and Family Support Programs.

Mrs. McCrary passion for the welfare of children is unyielding. She will continue to be fully committed to serving the families of the Inland Empire.
